Not what I'd call top tier espresso, but well above average and the best I've had in the Twin Cities. It was served in ceramic with mineral water and a cute spoon. Flavor had a moderate round acidity and there it had a moderate body too. There was some roast character without a hint of char.

An impromptu rainstorm derailed my plans outdoors. All other tea stores were. Closed but this was available. Parking being available was another story. Part of why I don't come this way is dealing with parking. If you have time, just drive around a bit and you'll find something. I found out from the barista that the owner of the shop sources his own tea. That’s quite impressive for a coffee shop. Granted I don’t visit coffee shops but maybe 3 times a year so maybe it’s more of speciality coffee shop thing. Yellow tea is something I would generally avoid in a shop but seeing his set up and being allowed to actually see the leaves so I could grade and write tasting notes was a huge plus. The Mao Feng is very nice. Well done on your sourcing Mr. Andrews.

Best coffeeshop in the Twin Cities! Coffee is prepared to the highest standards. Staff are all unique and friendly. These are professionals who care deeply for their craft. The music is the cherry on the coffee cake. I always leave this place in a better mood than when I arrived. You will too. Tip your baristas!

They serve the best pour-overs I've had in years. The service is incredibly friendly, obviously skilled, and knowledgeable. The space is well laid-out: uncrowded, with comfortable seating and wide tables. The background music was great, and they even have a sign to let you know it's alright to ask them to turn down the music if it's distracting you. This place is an absolute treasure for any fan of craft coffee.

It’s taken four trips to Minneapolis to find good coffee but we’ve finally got there. Wesley Andrews knows what they’re doing and has some amazing speciality coffees in the hopper! Vibes are great, music is choice, and the cactus is an awesome addition! 10/10 will be back again, thanks!!

Stopped by on our biking around town. Minus a star for not having a bike park/spot and ran out of matcha in the early a.m. other than that, this is a good place to havve a morning coffee/tea break on the weekend. Had ube latte, cold vanilla latte pair with bogarts donuts and Marc heu’s chocolate pistachio croissant (available on the weekends only).
